More Child Injuries: Texting While Parenting to Blame?

We spend a lot of time talking about texting on this site; mainly because we talk about safety issues, and there just aren't that many things you can do safely while texting. This trend isn't likely to slow down either as we see more and more people developing nomophobia.

We've talked a bit before about the dangers of caregivers texting while watching kids, and now there's some compelling new information that's been round up by The Wall Street Journal suggesting that texting parents may be responsible for an increase in the number of childhood injuries.
